Winter 2016 ‘New Menu Items,’ introduced in January of this year include Avocado Toast made of Grilled Artisan Bread Topped with Fresh Avocado, Marinated Tomato, Watercress, Radish and Red Onion. There is also Chicken with Lemon Couscous created of Chicken Breast Served Over Couscous and Quinoa Sautéed with Spinach, Kale, Green Beans, Tomato and Corn. Topped with Toasted Breadcrumbs, Arugula, Herb-Butter Sauce and Kale-Almond Pesto. Another interesting new item is the Fried Chicken and Waffles Benedict with a Belgian Waffle Topped with Crispy Fried Chicken Strips, Poached Eggs and Hollandaise. Served with Maple-Butter Syrup.
