If you’re hanging out with the guys (or gals) and end up running to Taco Bell at 3am, you may also be the person that’s up late enough to get a Taco Bell breakfast. Many people don’t even know there is a breakfast, so we’ve decided to answer the top questions about Taco Bell’s breakfast.
- What are Taco Bell’s hours?
- What time do they start serving breakfast? What time does it end?
- Is it any different on the weekends?
Thanks to our fast food research, we’ve been able to answer all of these questions and more for you. Check out more info below!
What are Taco Bell’s Hours?
Typically, Taco Bell operates during the hours of 7:00am-3:00am, ALL WEEK! There are no special hours for Sunday’s, as you would find with other fast food restaurants. We LOVE Taco Bell’s consistency!
Taco Bell EBT
Many fast food chains accept food stamps and Taco Bell is one of them. So, if you need some grub or want to treat the family, then get those stamps at the ready. You should be able to use them in most Taco Bell locations, but there may be some exceptions to this rule. You should also be able to use EBT at chains like Wendy’s and Dairy Queen, among others.
When do Taco Bell Start/Stop Serving Breakfast?
Now for the real question: when does their breakfast start and end? Taco Bell’s breakfast hours are a tad more lenient than other restaurants, providing breakfast from 7:00am until 11:00am all days of the week. This does NOT change on the weekends.
Is Taco Bell Closing?
This is a question that we are asked about most fast food chains and one that has a yes and a no answer. The issue is that Taco Bell is a huge chain and while it might succeed on the whole, it might struggle in parts. So, one or two locations might close down, but the chain on the whole will still remain open and, for the most part, it will remain strong.
It’s very rare that something so big and so widespread closes. There has been precedent for big chains losing a lot of locations in a short space of time, such as what happened to Quiznos. But as far as we know no big fast food chains have been completely obliterated in recent history. And when you consider how successful Taco Bell is, it’s unlikely that this will become the first in recent memory.

Not bad for an incredible list of options for your daily commute, now is it?
You’d think with the vast variety of options presented by the Bell, that you wouldn’t even have the option for a secret menu. Thankfully, the wonderful foodies of the World Wide Web have created a delicious waffle breakfast treat and it is quite surprising.
What is it?
This creation is called the Waffle Taco and has:
- A sausage patty
- Scrambled eggs
- Folded in a waffle (with syrup, of course)
The price for this delicious creation is $0.99 (oh my!), but there’s a downside: it’s being tested out in a handful of Southern Californian locations and Connecticut, as we know so far. We’re pleading for them to add it to the breakfast list everywhere else! It doesn’t hurt to ask your local Taco Bell employee if they’re going to sell the “waffle taco” soon, though!
Check out this fun review of the secret menu item (and other items)! Also known as a crunch wrap – Bacon & Waffle Taco (found in Connecticut last year!)
Taco Bell Delivery
One of the best ways to get Taco Bell delivery is to use a service like DoorDash, which will take all of the hassle out of the process and make it convenient. You can get this through the main Taco Bell website or you can simply go through DoorDash. If you have never used this service before, don’t let that stop you from trying it out. It is a cheap, effective and super-fast way of getting the food you love without needing to leave you home.
We know that sounds super lazy, but there are some days when you want nothing more than to sink into the human-shaped indent on the sofa and watch TV until the sun sets. We get that, and we won’t judge you on it.

Taco Bell Survey
If you have something to say to Taco Bell, then “Tell the Bell” via their customer satisfaction survey. We love these and think that they are massively underrated and underused by customers.
These surveys basically invite customers to be open and honest about their experiences with the company. You just visit the website, tell them about your experiences, input the code found on your receipt, and then submit. Simple as that.
This provides the company with essential info that they will then use to improve their brand and to help individual franchisees. Also, every one that submits through the Taco Bell survey is entered into a cash draw. At the time of writing this cash draw offers a prize of $50 cash, but this is subject to change.
Bear in mind that you need to be a legal resident of the United States and you also need to be at least 18 years old to enter. But you can simply use it to express your gratitude or displeasure even if you do not meet that criteria.
